We will use the same amount of time for both phases (anabolic and catabolic) in all three types of breathing. Thus in this class we will take care of balancing the two phases. Become aware and try to lengthen the phases more and more to your maximum.<br \/>\nIt is advisable to train all three types of balanced breathing, if not all three at least one.
