15 day plan to achieve the highest quality in the Action Used in Pasodoble
The plan contains 15 days of work, from 20 to 38 minutes per day, not counting the viewing of the class videos. You do not need anything, just follow the indications of the plan and the indicated classes. You can do all the exercises in a small space, you just need to be focused and excited.

Today we go up to the last Level, we are already prepared to relate the upper part with the lower part of the body, Level 3. You will see that this Level will now be the easiest for you, and the hard work is already done. Take good care of the new class and discover how your body can be great and designed in relation to all the work that you have already learned and acquired in the previous Levels. Note that we continue to start the training with Level 1. Today focus on your hands, I want the movement of your hands to become natural in your body. You have 15 minutes to slowly work those hands and 10 more minutes to use them slowly in Exercise 1. Relax and enjoy.
