Cuban Motion 17-day plan at Forward and Backward Walk, Chachachá.
The plan contains 17 days of work, from 23 to 35 minutes per day, not counting the viewing of the videos of the classes. You do not need anything, just follow the indications of the plan and the indicated classes. You can do all the exercises in a small space, you just need to be focused and excited. Before starting with this plan you need to have the 3 Levels of Action Used in Chachachá well learned and internalized. DAY 1: (23 minutes of work)

In this plan we want to start working on the Cuban Motion in the Forward Walk that is moving forward. To do this today you will start with a warm-up of the Levels of the Action Used and then you will use only 1 Rules of Directions exercise. Don’t even try to apply the Cuban Motion, just get in the habit of using the free leg flex before pushing yourself forward. We are educating your legs and your preparation before doing the Forward Walk and applying the levels.
