Cuban Motion 17 day plan on the Side Walk and Backward Walk, Rumba.
The plan contains 17 days of work, from 22 to 35 minutes per day, not counting the viewing of the class videos. You do not need anything, just follow the indications of the plan and the indicated classes. You can do all the exercises in a small space, you just need to be focused and excited.
Before starting with this plan you need to have the 3 Levels of Action Used in Rumba well learned and internalized. For this you have the 19 DAY PLAN TO GET A CUBAN MOTION OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY IN RUMBA. It is also advisable to do the 17 DAY CUBAN MOTION PLAN IN CUBAN ROCK AND FORWARD WALK, RUMBA beforehand.
DAY 1: (23 minutes of work)
CLASS: ACTION USED IN CUBAN ROCK, RULES OF DIRECTION
– Combo of Levels at Cuban Rock: 8 minutes
– Exercise backwards and to the side with legs stretched: 15 minutes
In this plan we want to work the Cuban Motion in the Backward Walk and the Side Walk that advance behind and to the side. To do this, today you will start with a warm-up of the Cuban Rock Levels and then you will use only 2 Rules of Directions exercises. Don’t even try to apply the Cuban Motion, just get in the habit of using the free leg flexion and sending your foot off the weight before pushing yourself back or to the side. We are educating your legs and your preparation before doing the Backward and Side Walk and applying the levels.
DAY 2: (23 minutes of work)
CLASS: RULES OF DIRECTION, ACTION USED IN CUBAN ROCK, ACTION USED IN SIDE WALK

Today if it is already the last day, day 17, today you finish the plan. I congratulate you, it is not easy at all to be constant and work as you have done. Today you have exactly the same job as yesterday. You are now able to continuously interpret the 3 Levels of Action Used in Rumba at the 3 Speeds in the Side Walk and in the Backward Walk. Now you know how to use your body to move backwards or to the sides. Not only have you undoubtedly improved your Action Used, but you have also improved your discipline and made your body know more about Rumba than your own mind. But the work does not end here, this is just the beginning of a slow and constant learning in which, as you have already experienced, the only way to improve is the constant repetition of a specific and clear exercise.
