This is an introduction and presentation class to movement in music.
Here we will analyse the amount of time we dispose to do any movement. This is very relevant. The bigger the quantity of time, the bigger are the possibilities of creating an action in the body, the less quantity of time the more reduced the action gets. But this does not mean it gets annulated; this is the big complexity of dancing fast rithms.
The length of a musical timing where we have to create multiple actions is less than a second. Only the persistent repetition starting in a slow way until it gets to the adequate tempo make us achieve it.
